The Isabella Grace Fund is pleased to announce that Isabella's Starry Night was a fantastic success.
220 Friend's, family and special quests which included 12 nurses from Ward 2, PICU attended our emotional evening in memory of our beautiful daughter.
The evening was captured by our photographer for the evening Rob Chapman from Stylery Photo's, Clayton, Bradford.
The evening commenced with a moving tribute to Isabella in the form or a slideshow accompanied with music from Take That - Rule the World.
The evening was compared by Isabella's Daddy, Ryan. Throughout the evening a number of Fundraising activities were planned for guests to take part in.
Terry & Janet Shuttleworth were the lucky winners of the free prize draw. The prize being a night stay at the Oak Tree Inn, Helperby, York.
Guests then took part in our first fundraising game. "Name on a Note" Our guests were invited to pick a Bank of England Note of their choice and place their name on this note. The "Notes" were placed in the Isabella Grace Star kindly supplied by Whitegyhll Plastics, Bradford.
Our Special Guest for the evening was Dual Code England & Great Britain Rugby Legend Jason Robinson. Jason picked out a note and the lucky winner of 2 Return Flights to a destination of their choice with Monarch Airlines was Mr Phil Artist.
After guest's had tucked into a 3 course meal, our second fundraising game took place. "Kings & Queens" Entry to the game involved guests picking a Bank of England note of their choice to take part in this game.
The winner of "Kings & Queens" was Mr Stephen Senior winning a night's stay including Bed & Breakfast at Slaley Hall Hotel, Northumberland.
Throughout the Casa Hotel Marquet, over 300 Balloons had been been blown up. 100 lucky balloons contained a lucky number which referred to a fantastic prize ranging from vouchers from £15 to £100. Balloons were on sale for £10 and we are so pleased that every single balloon was purchased. It was a great effort by everyone.
Our final fundraising activity of the night was the eagerly awaited auction. Prize's included the following :

The evening was then concluded with a Disco.
The Isabella Grace Fund are so proud to announce that the evening raised a staggering £14,600!!! We were simply overwhelmed by everyone's support on the evening.
Lyndsey and I would like to pay tribute to every business, company or organisation that assisted with some fantastic prizes which were donated for the evening. Without these kind donations the evening could not have generated so much money which will go towards saving the lives of other babies and children.
We would like to thank Sam, Amy and everyone at the Casa Hotel for hosting a fanstastic event and for catering for us in every way possible. Thank you.
